Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

👗 Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a size guide with measurement tips. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit in activewear and dresses, or checking the fit notes on the product page.

Q: Are your clothes true to size?
Most Forever 6IX items are true to size. However, some pieces (like scrunch leggings or bodycon dresses) have a more compressive fit. Always check the product description for guidance.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
We do not offer refunds. Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact our Support Team at support@forever6ix.com with your order number. We’ll send you instructions for returning your item.

Q: How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive and inspect your item, store credit is usually issued within 3–5 business days. Exchanges are shipped as soon as the return is approved.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations.

For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
