Returns & Exchanges

At Forever 6IX, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit or exchanges so you can find the style and fit that works best for you.

Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for store credit or exchange only — no refunds will be issued.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Support Team at support@forever6ix.com (or through our Contact page).

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  3. We’ll send you instructions for returning your item. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or send out your requested exchange.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued via a Forever 6IX gift card, valid for any future purchase.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used sitewide.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We’ll happily exchange eligible items once the original item has been returned and inspected.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit to use toward any other product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll prioritize your exchange at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale, clearance, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
