Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love how it fits. If it isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
- Underwear and bodysuits can only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us and we will make it right.
How to start a return
- Sign in to your account and open your order.
- Select the items you want to return or exchange.
- Ship them back using the label we provide.

Exchanges
Exchanging for a different size is the fastest way to get the right fit. Request the exchange when you start your return.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can fix it.
Opacity promise
Opacity is tested on every legging before it goes live. If a pair ever turns sheer, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
